What does the A/C servicing include?

The scope of A/C servicing is dependant upon the type of A/C (wall mount or ceiling mount) and type of service you have selected.

MALAYSIA

Our Heroes offer two types of AC cleaning services:

BASIC SERVICING Includes:

1. Washing of air-cond filter
2. Wipe clean the surface of indoor unit
3. Flushing the drainage system
4. Compressor health check
5. Dusting of outdoor evaporator unit
6. Gas level check
7. Checking and testing of electrical parts
8. This service does not include chemical cleaning

FULL CHEMICAL SERVICING Includes:

1. Dismantling the cover and chemical wash of indoor and outdoor unit
2. Washing of air-cond filter
3. Wipe clean the surface of indoor unit
4. Flushing the drainage system
5. Compressor health check
6. Gas level check
7. Lubrication of motor parts
8. Checking and testing of electrical parts

Do note that additional services such as repair, parts maintenance/replacement, and overhaul, are not included. 

SINGAPORE

The service you will receive is dependent on the type of AC unit you own: 

1. Wall Mount

• Cleaning and checking of indoor filter
• Cleaning of indoor unit drain pans
• Cleaning of air conditioning evaporator coil
• Flushing of drainage system
• Checking of air conditioning fan bearing
• Test-run system to make sure system is in proper working condition

2. Ceiling Cassette

• Cleaning and checking of indoor filter
• Flushing of drainage system
• Checking of air conditioning fan bearing
• Vacuuming of drainage pump
• Test-run system to make sure system is in proper working condition

Additional services are NOT included in the Direct Air-conditioner Servicing packages. The cost of any additional services will be negotiated between the service provider and the customers.
