What do I do if I don't hear back from a customer once I have submitted a quote?

Depending on the urgency of the customer's Call for Help, it may take some time for the customer to review your quote and contact you.

Although we encourage it, customers are not required to respond to every quote they receive.

If considerable time has passed between when you first submitted your quote, or the time the customer originally indicated they needed their request completed by has passed, it is possible that another Hero was chosen this time.

Do not worry, instead respond to more 'Calls for Help' by sending more quotes. The more quotes you send, the higher your chances are of getting hired!
