When a customer requests a service - he/she will create a Call for Help
ServisHero will then send a Call for Help notification to all the relevant Heroes
This is determined by the settings Heroes input in their profile, such as location, skills, and availability.
If you haven't received any Call for Help notifications lately, it is likely that your settings in your profile does not match the services requested by customers.
You can access your Hero profile anytime and make changes to it
