What do I do if the Call for Help notifications I receive are not relevant to me?

When a customer requests a service - he/she will create a Call for Help

ServisHero will then send a Call for Help notification to all the relevant Heroes

This is determined by the settings Heroes input in their profile, such as location, skills, and availability. 

If you are receiving Call for Help notifications that are not relevant to you, you will need to change certain settings in your profile.

You can access your Hero profile anytime and make changes to it
